Gladman Developments – Land off Holly Lodge Drive

At the Hearing in the High Court last Tuesday 12th June 2018 the Court ordered that Gladman Developments application for permission to challenge the Secretary of State’s appeal decision be refused.

However, Gladman Developments still have the right to appeal that decision to the Court of Appeal.

New Recycling Bins to be Delivered District-wide  

New recycling bins are being delivered to households across Daventry District in preparation for changes to the collection service this summer.
